Suggested Use: Loading Phase take 1 serving at regular intervals four times daily. One of the four servings should be taken immediately following exercise. Continue on the regimen for five consecutive days. Maintenance Phase take 1 serving daily immediately following exercise to maintain the benefits of creatine monohydrate. Mix 3 level scoops with 8 ounces of cold water. Avoid mixing creatine monohydrate with hot beverages, acidic beverages (orange juice, grapefruit juice, etc.) and caffeine containing beverages as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the product. Modification for Weight: Greater than 200 lbs mix 6 level scoops per serving. 150 lbs to 200 lbs mix 3 level scoops per serving. Less than 150 lbs mix a 1/2 scoop per serving.
